1 Services Provided

The Recycle Runner LLC provides residential curbside recycling collection services to designated single-family homes and approved communities.

Weekly Premium Plan: Consists of four (4) scheduled collections per calendar month.

Bi-Weekly Standard Plan: Consists of two (2) scheduled collections per calendar month, occurring every other week based on your assigned route schedule.

We reserve the right to alter route schedules due to holidays, severe weather, or unforeseen logistical constraints. Advance notice of schedule shifts will be sent via text or email.

2 Subscription Fees, Billing, and Activation

Recurring Billing

By subscribing, you authorize The Recycle Runner LLC to automatically charge your payment method on file via our third-party billing provider (Zoho Billing) on a recurring monthly basis.

Upfront Setup & Activation

To offset the procurement and delivery costs of your commercial-grade service container, all new individual subscriptions require a non-refundable, one-time payment of $35.00.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting customer support. Because service is billed in advance, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

3 Equipment Care and Ownership

Company Property

The Recycle Runner LLC will deliver one (1) high-visibility, 48-gallon heavy-duty rolling recycling bin to your residence upon account activation. This bin remains the exclusive property of The Recycle Runner LLC.

Subscriber Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the bin in a clean, sanitary, and secure condition. You may not modify, paint, deface, or structurally alter the bin.

Loss or Damage

If a bin is lost, stolen, or structurally damaged due to subscriber negligence or misuse (beyond standard operational wear and tear), a $75.00 equipment replacement fee will be charged to your payment method on file.

Recovery Upon Cancellation

Upon termination of service, you must leave the empty bin at the curb on the designated recovery date so our fleet can retrieve it. Failure to surrender the bin within 14 days of account closure will result in a $75.00 equipment non-return fee.

4 Curbside Collection & Placement Rules

To ensure efficient route operations and staff safety, you agree to adhere to the following placement rules:

• Timing: Bins must be placed at the designated curbside perimeter by 7:00 AM on your scheduled route day. Our drivers cannot backtrack for late bin placements, and missed pickups due to late placement will not be refunded or credited.
• Access: Bins must be clearly visible and accessible from the roadway, free from obstruction by parked personal vehicles, utility poles, or low-hanging trees.

5 Material Guidelines & Contamination Policy

No Sorting Required: We utilize a single-stream sorting system; recyclables may be placed together inside the bin.

Prohibited Materials (Contamination)

You strictly agree not to place any of the following prohibited items into the recycling bin:

• Household garbage, food waste, yard waste/dirt, hazardous chemicals, electronics, batteries, medical waste/needles, or construction materials.

Right to Refuse

If a collection driver identifies severe contamination inside your bin, we reserve the right to skip collection for that week to protect our sorting logistics. You will be notified of the contamination, and no credit will be issued for the skipped pickup. Repeated contamination violations may result in immediate account termination.

6 Liability and Property Access

The Recycle Runner LLC and its operators assume no liability for damage to private driveways, curbs, lawns, or property resulting from the standard, careful operation of our collection vehicles.

By subscribing, you grant our personnel and vehicles a safe, temporary right-of-way access to your curbside property edge to execute the collection service.

7 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms or adjust subscription pricing to adapt to changing market conditions or regional recycling processing costs. We will provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice via email before any structural price adjustments take effect.

8 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
